Text Box: Isn't nostalgia fun. Someone once said, "It's never safe to be nostalgic about something until you're absolutely certain there's no chance of its coming back." Remember 1989, Virgil Jean, lawsuits, stupid business agents, hateful words, almost sounds like 2007 doesnt it? Virgil ran against Bill back then, oh yea the same Virgil that's on the United Engineers website bragging what a wonderful fellow Bill Dugan is today. Virgil's campaign planks sounds similar to the one promoted by TEAM 150. But there  are a few things Virgil or Bill didn't think would bite them in the keester today, Bill claims there was no slush fund,  but guess what Virgil said in way back in 1989, check out page 3 of Virgil's 1989 mailer when he ran against Double Dues Dugan.
