Screwing The Members To Save Pennies

The Dugan/Sweeney administration has really gotten desperate in their search for new funds. Can a dues raise be far behind? Will someone explain to me how in less than two years the Locals payroll has increased, more business agents on the streets, and yet the territory is the same size and the work is worse than it has been in years. What are these idiots doing out there? Before the election fewer agents were on the street and did a hell of a lot better job for the membership than the morons we have out there now. Where the hell is all our money going? Could it be that all the lawsuits they filed, and are losing? 30 extra business agents aren't cheap. A legal department bigger than most Wall Street firms, and a payroll to match. This letter below says it all. The desperation tactics being used to intimidate members and retirees is despicable. This members is being asked to pay back $65.95 in administration dues that should have been paid by the contractor back in 1997. Eleven years ago! Who the hell keeps check stubs that long, and why the hell don't they enforce the collective bargaining agreement on the contractor, not the poor members? Are all the members being audited, or just the ones identified with TEAM 150?
