Local 150 files appeal of NLRB decision in Chiado case:
Not satisfied with the fact that Roddie Thomason is a liar supported by NLRB testimony and an administration law judge, and that they, the UNION refused to correct a situation that was allowed to perpetuate, and even tried to cover it up, Dale Pierson and his overpaid lawyers with union cards in their pockets have elected to waste even more of the union members money. They have filed an appeal with the Federal 7th Circuit Court defending their inept business agent and floundering administration. You would think they would be looking for the IUOE's ethics document and try to put that into practice or busy working on Bill Dugan's pending indictment and criminal procedures that seem to imminent. You know I have always believed every worker should have a union to protect him or her, but when Lawyers with union cards in their pockets spend thousands of dollars to protect administration employees who are clearly liars and wrong, is a damn shame. Here you have Union Lawyers persecuting their own brother members who were legally wronged and spending your dues money to do it. That’s not unionism its communism. Shame on you Dale Pierson.

DECISION AND ORDER
BY CHAIRMAN SCHAUMBER AND MEMBER LIEBMAN
The Board has found that isolated referral errors in the operation of union hiring halls resulting from “mere negligence” are not unlawful.4 However, Thomason’s sustained insistence on referring Waters, compounded by the Local’s refusal to correct his action even in the face of protest, was not mere negligence.
