Brother and Sister Members,
Official notice was sent to Local 150 and the IUOE notifying them that the charges brought by
Sergio and Leobardo Garcia have been withdrawn. As the letters say this whole
process was a huge mistake and miscarriage of justice to all Local 150 members, Joe and all TEAM 150
